MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Aug. 07, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartflow, Inc. (Heartflow) (Nasdaq: HTFL), a leader in AI technology for coronary artery disease (CAD), today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 16,666,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Heartflow. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Heartflow, are expected to be approximately $316.7 million. In addition, Heartflow has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,500,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
