The repeat annual shareholders general meeting (hereinafter referred to as the Meeting) of AS Pro Kapital Grupp (hereinafter referred to as the Company) took place on Wednesday, 10th of June 2026 starting at 12.30 at the premises of the Company at Sõjakooli 11 in Tallinn, Estonia.

AS Pro Kapital Grupp (edaspidi nimetatud kui Ühing) aktsionäride korraline korduv üldkoosolek  (edaspidi nimetatud kui Koosolek) toimus kolmapäeval, 10.06.2026.a. algusega kell 12.30,  Ühingu asukohas Sõjakooli 11, Tallinn, Eesti Vabariik.

The Group published today the Consolidated Interim Report for II Quarter and 6 Months of 2025 (Unaudited). In the stock exchange notice and in the respective section “Key financials” of the report, it was erroneously stated that the result for the second quarter was a net loss, whereas the actual result was a net profit of EUR 4.3 million.
Therefore, we are publishing again both the corrected notice and the amended report.

Kontserni EBITDA langes 80 miljoni euroni, korrigeeritud EBITDA* oli 83 miljonit eurot. Kvartali puhaskasumiks kujunes 30 miljonit eurot, korrigeeritud puhaskasum oli 33 miljonit eurot.
