Collective Acquisition Corp. II Announces the Separate Trading of its Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants, Commencing June 22, 2026

Miami, FL, June 17, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Collective Acquisition Corp. II (Nasdaq: CAIIU) (the “Company”) announced today that, commencing June 22, 2026, holders of the units issued in the Company’s initial public offering (the “Units”), each consisting of one Class A ordinary share of the Company (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”) and one-half of one redeemable warrant of the Company (each whole warrant, a “Warrant”), with each whole Warrant entitling the holder thereof to purchase one Class A Ordinary Share at an exercise price of $11.50 per share, may elect to separately trade the Class A Ordinary Shares and Warrants included in the Units.
