Fingrid’s consolidated financial statements have been compiled in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This half-year report has been drawn up in accordance with the IAS 34 Interim Financial Reporting standard and complies with the same basis for preparation as those presented in the Group’s financial statements for 2024. This half-year report is unaudited. Unless otherwise indicated, the figures in parentheses refer to the same period of the previous year.
Konsernitilinpäätös on laadittu kansainvälisten tilinpäätösstandardien (International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS) mukaisesti. Puolivuosikatsaus on laadittu IAS 34 Osavuosikatsaukset -standardin mukaisesti ja siinä on noudatettu konsernin vuoden 2024 tilinpäätöksessä esitettyjä laatimisperiaatteita. Puolivuosikatsaus on tilintarkastamaton. Vertailuluvut suluissa viittaavat edellisvuoden vastaavaan jaksoon, ellei toisin mainita.

The Klaipėda City Municipality has issued a construction permitting document for a new building to be constructed next to the shopping and entertainment centre Akropolis. A modern 3,500 sqm single-storey building with a separate entrance will be developed at the northern side of the shopping and entertainment centre, near Entrance No. 3.
Klaipėdos miesto savivaldybė išdavė statybą leidžiantį dokumentą naujam pastatui, kuris bus statomas šalia prekybos ir pramogų centro „Akropolis“. Modernus, 3,5 tūkst. kv. metrų vieno aukšto pastatas su atskiru įėjimu iškils šiaurinėje prekybos ir pramogų centro pusėje, šalia 3-iojo įėjimo.
On 5 February 2025, Pandora announced a new share buyback programme, cf. Company announcement no. 923. The share buyback programme is executed in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation).
The purpose of the programme is to reduce Pandora’s share capital and to meet obligations arising from company incentive programmes.
The international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has re-confirmed the long-term borrowing rating of Akropolis Group as BB+ with a stable outlook for the fifth consecutive year, which is a repeated proof of the company’s financial robustness.
