Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders amounted to $2.5 million or $0.03 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders of $527,000 or $0.01 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. ARMOUR has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,775,000 additional shares of its common stock. Settlement of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to occur on or about August 7, 2025.
