WOOSTER, Ohio, June 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Main Street Financial Services Corp. (OTCQX:MSWV) (the “Company”) today announced that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) has terminated the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Jay R. VanSickle II, effective June 3, 2025. In accordance with Mr. VanSickle’s employment contract, he was terminated without cause and is no longer a member of the Board. The Board has appointed Mark R. Witmer, currently a director and Executive Chair of the Company, as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Witmer will also maintain his role as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Witmer has been a director and Executive Chair of the Company since 2024, following the merger of the Company and Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc., where he previously served on the board and as Executive Chair since 2021, and has approximately 30 years of community banking experience, including commercial lending, agricultural lending and mortgage banking experience. Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. Announces Closing of $625 Million of 6.500% Senior Notes Due 2033

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHP) (the “Company”) announced today that its subsidiaries, RHP Hotel Properties, LP (the “Operating Partnership”) and RHP Finance Corporation (together with the Operating Partnership, the “Issuers”), completed the previously announced private placement of $625 million aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2033 (the “Notes”). The Notes are senior unsecured obligations of the Issuers and are guaranteed by the Company and its subsidiaries that guarantee the Operating Partnership’s existing credit facility, 4.750% senior unsecured notes due 2027, 7.250% senior unsecured notes due 2028, 4.500% senior unsecured notes due 2029 and 6.500% senior unsecured notes due 2032. The aggregate net proceeds from the sale of the Notes are expected to be approximately $614 million, after deducting the initial purchasers’ discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses.
