NEW YORK, June 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- New York Mortgage Trust, Inc. (Nasdaq: NYMT) (the “Company”) announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of $85 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.875% senior notes due 2030 (the “Notes”).
