(NYSE:UMH) (TASE:UMH) reported Total Income for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 of $66.6 million as compared to $60.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2024, representing an increase of 10%. Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders amounted to $2.5 million or $0.03 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 as compared to Net Income Attributable to Common Shareholders of $527,000 or $0.01 per diluted share for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. (NYSE: ARR and ARR-PRC) (“ARMOUR” or the “Company”) today announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 18,500,000 shares of its common stock for total estimated gross proceeds of approximately $302,475,000 (or approximately $347,846,250 if the option to purchase additional shares is exercised in full). ARMOUR has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,775,000 additional shares of its common stock. Settlement of the offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to occur on or about August 7, 2025.
