(“Euronet” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: EEFT), a leading electronic payments provider, today announced the pricing of $850 million in aggregate principal amount of 0.625% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030 (the “notes”) in a private placement (the “offering”) to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”).

(“BioSig” or the “Company”), which recently merged with Streamex Exchange Corporation (“Streamex”) (NASDAQ: BSGM), today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,852,149 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $3.90 per share. The offering is expected to close on or around August 15, 2025 subject to customary closing conditions. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriter discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses are expected to be approximately $15,023,381.10. BioSig intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to purchase gold bullion in accordance with its investment policy, for working capital and for general corporate purposes.
