The international credit rating agency Fitch Ratings has re-confirmed the long-term borrowing rating of Akropolis Group as BB+ with a stable outlook for the fifth consecutive year, which is a repeated proof of the company’s financial robustness.

KPN has repurchased 1,584,000 KPN ordinary shares in the period from 7 July to 11 July 2025. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 4.08 per share for a total consideration of € 6.5m. These repurchases are part of the € 250m share buyback started on 25 February 2025 and reflect KPN's commitment to structurally return additional capital to its shareholders.

VILVI Group, which consists of Vilkyškių pieninė AB, Modest AB, Kelmės pieninė AB, Kelmės pienas UAB, Pieno logistika AB and Baltic Dairy Board SIA, consolidated sales for June 2025 amounted EUR 24.40 million – 13.3% increase comparing to June 2024. The consolidated sales of the Group for period January – June 2025 amounted to 142.85 million EUR 22.1% increase comparing to the same period last year.

VILVI Group, kurią sudaro AB „Vilkyškių pieninė“, AB „Modest“, AB „Kelmės pieninė“, UAB „Kelmės pienas“, AB „Pieno logistika“ ir SIA „Baltic Dairy Board“, 2025 m. birželio mėnesį konsoliduotos pardavimų pajamos buvo 24.40 mln. Eur arba 13.3% didesnės negu 2024 m. birželio mėnesį. Konsoliduoti Grupės pardavimai 2025 m. sausio - birželio mėn. buvo 142.85 mln. EUR arba 22.1% didesni negu per tą patį laikotarpį 2024 m.

Hepsor AS, registry code 12099216 (the Company) Supervisory Board adopted a decision on 8 July 2025 to increase the share capital of the company by EUR 57,821. The increase of the share capital is linked to the acquisition of a 20% stake in Hepsor Latvia OÜ (registry code 16193797) from Hugomon OÜ (registry code 14221704), approved by a shareholders' resolution of 12 June 2025, for which the company will pay in part by issuing shares in the company to Hugomon OÜ.
