(NYSE: GTLS), Wilson Bayly Holmes - Ovcon Ltd (JSE: WBO), and Aurex Constructors. The appointment of an acceptable EPC contractor in Phase 2 was one of the two remaining conditions for the DFC Phase 2 loan.
