Dave & Buster’s Announces Inducement Grants Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4)

DALLAS, July 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc., (NASDAQ: PLAY), (“Dave & Buster’s” or “the Company”), an owner and operator of entertainment and dining venues, announced today that the Company made awards of stock options (“Options”) and performance stock units (“PSUs”) to Tarun Lal, as a material inducement to Mr. Lal joining the Company as its Chief Executive Officer. The awards were approved by the Board in accordance with Listing Rule 5635(c)(4) of the corporate governance rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market and granted on July 15, 2025 (the “Grant Date”) under the Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, Inc. Inducement Plan (the “Inducement Plan”).

DUBLIN, July 21, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Avadel Pharmaceuticals plc (Nasdaq: AVDL), a company focused on transforming medicines to transform lives, today announced that the Compensation Committee of Avadel’s Board of Directors approved the grant of non-statutory options to six (6) new employees to purchase 34,200 ordinary shares under Avadel’s 2021 Inducement Plan. The awards were granted as an inducement material to the employee’s acceptance of employment with Avadel in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4). The options have a ten-year term and vest over four years, with 25% vesting on the one-year anniversary of each new employee’s respective start date and 25% vesting on the second, third, and fourth anniversary thereafter.
