Pärast peaaegu kahekümne aasta kestnud edukat äritegevust Bulgaaria kinnisvaraturul on Arco Vara AS juhatus alustanud strateegilist väljumisprotsessi, mille lõppeesmärgiks on ettevõtte täielik lahkumine Bulgaaria turult. Otsuse kinnitas 2025. aasta juulis ettevõtte nõukogu, kes hindas põhjalikult Arco Vara pikaajalist strateegiat ning seniseid ja tulevasi arenguvõimalusi erinevatel turgudel.
After nearly twenty years of successful business activity in the Bulgarian real estate market, the Management Board of Arco Vara AS has initiated a strategic exit process, with the ultimate goal of a complete withdrawal from the Bulgarian market. The decision was confirmed by the company’s Supervisory Board in July 2025, following a thorough evaluation of Arco Vara’s long-term strategy and the current and future development opportunities across different markets.
Kert Keskpaik, previously a member of the Supervisory Board, has been appointed as its new Chairman. Tarmo Sild, who has chaired the Supervisory Board until now, will continue as a member of the Board.
On 5 June 2025, the Annual General Meeting of Arco Vara AS adopted the decision to issue a targeted share offering to specific investors in order to increase the company’s share capital. Arco Vara AS announces that the targeted share issue approved by the shareholders has been successfully completed as of 11 June 2025 – the management board has adopted a resolution to shorten the subscription period due to early subscription of issued shares. In accordance with the adopted decision of the general meeting:
