The Company had net income of $4.1 million, or $0.19 per diluted share, for the six month period ended June 30, 2025, compared to net loss of ($2.7) million, or ($0.14) per diluted share, for the six month period ended June 30, 2024. The increase in net income for the three month and six month periods ended June 30, 2025 was primarily the result of increases in premium revenue, coupled with an increase in unrealized gains on equity securities.
