The acquisition, effective May 1, 2025 (the “Effective Date”), was funded through a combination of cash on hand and borrowings under the Company's existing credit facility. The Company expects to receive the vast majority of the cash flow earned between the Effective Date and the closing date, August 4, 2025, within the next 90 days through receipt of a final closing statement.
