TORONTO, July 25, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Purpose Investments Inc. (“Purpose Investments”) announced today its decision to terminate StoneCastle Equity Growth Fund and StoneCastle Income Growth Fund (each, a “StoneCastle Fund” and together, the “StoneCastle Funds”) at the close of business on or about September 29, 2025 (the “StoneCastle Funds’ Termination Date”). Effective immediately, each StoneCastle Fund is closed to new purchases. Purpose Investments also announced its decision to terminate PK Core Fund effective as of the close of business today. PK Core Fund currently has no unitholders and is closed to new purchases.

(« Investissements Purpose ») a annoncé aujourd’hui sa décision de dissoudre le Fonds de croissance des actions StoneCastle et le Fonds de croissance du revenu StoneCastle (chacun, un « Fonds StoneCastle » et, ensemble, les « Fonds StoneCastle ») à la fermeture des bureaux le 29 septembre 2025 ou vers cette date (la « date de dissolution des Fonds StoneCastle »). Dès maintenant, chaque Fonds StoneCastle est fermé aux nouvelles souscriptions. Investissements Purpose a également annoncé sa décision de dissoudre le Fonds de base PK à compter de la fermeture des bureaux aujourd’hui. Le Fonds de base PK n’a actuellement aucun porteur de parts et est fermé aux nouveaux achats.
