(LCID), the GraniteShares 2x Long LCID Daily ETF (Nasdaq: LCDL) (the "Fund") closed out its entire LCID position today at a loss that caused its net asset value to become negative. As a result, GraniteShares will initiate the delisting of the Fund from NASDAQ Stock Market LLC.

In addition, Idaho Copper has granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 556,800 shares of common stock and/or warrants to cover over-allotments at the public offering price, if any. The offering also included the purchase by the underwriters of 556,800 warrants in connection with the partial exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment option.
