(the "Company") (Nasdaq: SFBC), the holding company for Sound Community Bank (the "Bank"), today reported net income of $2.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, or $0.79 diluted earnings per share, as compared to net income of $1.2 million, or $0.45 diluted earnings per share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, and $795 thousand, or $0.31 diluted earnings per share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2024. The Company also announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.19 per share, payable on August 25, 2025 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 11, 2025.
