DUBLIN, Ireland, Aug. 11, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fusion Fuel Green PLC (NASDAQ: HTOO) (“Fusion Fuel” or the “Company”), a provider of integrated energy solutions, today announced the signing of a non-binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to form a joint venture (“JV”) with a privately-held South Africa-based specialized fuel company (the “Partner”) aimed at delivering a specialized fuel solution for a project in South Africa. The first project for the JV has been awarded to the Partner by a subsidiary of a multinational food and beverage corporation. The proposed transaction aligns with Fusion Fuel’s strategic focus on near-term, revenue-generating, integrated energy investments.

Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Oslo, Norway (11 August 2025) – In accordance with the measures approved by the shareholders of TGS at the Annual General Meeting on 11 May 2022, the Board of Directors of TGS ASA authorized TGS to grant Performance Stock Units (PSUs) and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under the 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan to key employees of TGS on 9 August 2022.  Each RSU represented the right to receive one share, while each PSU represented the right to receive a maximum of one share depending on performance against target metrics during the measurement period of 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2024.  The granted PSUs and RSUs were secured by free-standing warrants.

In the second quarter, Tallinna Sadam earned close to 30 million euros in sales revenue and more than 3 million euros in profit. The revenue for six months was 58 million euros and the profit exceeded 10 million euros. In the second quarter, the volume of investments increased to 8 million euros, in the first half of the year we invested a total of 12 million euros.
