(NASDAQ: NATR) (“Nature’s Sunshine” or the “Company”), a leading manufacturer of high-quality herbal and nutritional supplements, today announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary public offering of up to 2,854,607 shares of its common stock to be sold by Fosun Pharma USA, Inc (the “Selling Stockholder”).
