SAN JOSE, Calif., July 24, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heritage Commerce Corp (Nasdaq: HTBK), the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce, today announced that its Board of Directors had declared its regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share to holders of its common stock.
