Selangor, Malaysia, Aug. 01, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Empro Group Inc. (the “Company” or “EMPG”), a rising beauty and personal care brand headquartered in Malaysia, today announced that it closed the sales of an additional 91,250 ordinary shares of the Company, representing the exercise of the remaining portion of the underwriter’s over-allotment option granted in connection with the Company’s initial public offering (the “IPO”, and together with such over-allotment closing, the “Offering”), at the IPO price of $4.00 per share, less underwriting discounts. STAMFORD, CT, July 31, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HCM III Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), a blank check company whose business purpose is to effect a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses, announced today that it has priced its initial public offering of 22,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. (NASDAQ: SLXN) (“Silexion Therapeutics” or the “Company”), a clinical-stage biotech company developing RNA interference (RNAi) therapies for KRAS-driven cancers, today announced the entry into definitive agreements for the immediate exercise of certain outstanding warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 152,106 of the Company’s ordinary shares originally issued in January 2025 at a reduced exercise price of $11.57 per share.
