(NASDAQ:AIRS)(“AirSculpt” or the “Company”), a national provider of premium body contouring procedures, today announced the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3,160,000 shares of common stock. In addition, the underwriter has exercised in full its option to purchase an additional 474,000 shares of common stock. The proceeds from the offering, after estimated expenses, are estimated to be approximately $13.8 million.

In addition, the Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $400 million in shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts.
