Rehovot, Israel, July 16, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Steakholder Foods Ltd. (Nasdaq: STKH) (“Steakholder Foods” or the “Company”), a leading innovator in alternative proteins and 3D printing technologies, today announced the pricing of a public offering of an aggregate of 2,380,954 of the Company’s American Depository Shares (“ADSs”), each representing five hundred (500) ordinary shares of the Company (or ADS equivalents in lieu thereof), and accompanying warrants to purchase up to 2,380,954 of the Company’s ADSs, at a combined public offering price of $1.05 per ADS (or ADS equivalent in lieu thereof) and associated warrant.
