As a result, the Company has raised gross proceeds of $365,000 in addition to the previously announced IPO gross proceeds of approximately $5,500,000 and the previously announced gross proceeds of $460,000 arising from the partial exercise by the underwriter of its over-allotment option that closed on July 30, 2025, for aggregate gross of proceeds of $6,325,000, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses.
