MONTREAL, July 04, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Prime Drink Group Corp. (CSE: PRME) (“Prime”) announces that it has changed its auditors from MNP LLP ("Former Auditor") to Horizon Assurance LLP ("Successor Auditor"). The Former Auditor resigned as the auditor of the Company on its own initiative effective June 25, 2025, and the board of directors of the Company appointed the Successor Auditor as the Company's auditor effective June 30, 2025, until the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.

("CLC" or the "Company") (CSE: CLC) announced today that it will not be filing its annual financial statements, accompanying management's discussion and analysis and related chief executive officer ("CEO") and chief financial officer ("CFO") certifications for the financial year ended February 28, 2025 (collectively, the "Annual Filings"), within the period prescribed for the filing of such documents under Parts 4, 5 and 6 of National Instrument 51-102 Continuous Disclosure Obligations and pursuant to National Instrument 52-109 Certification of Disclosure in Issuers' Annual and Interim Filings, namely within 120 days of year-end, being June 30, 2025 (the "Filing Deadline").

By the decision of the sole shareholder of Akropolis Group, the current composition of the Audit Committee of Akropolis Group has been reappointed for a new four-year term.
