Dyne Therapeutics Announces Pricing of $200.0 Million Public Offering of Common Stock

WALTHAM, Mass., June 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dyne Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: DYN), a clinical-stage company focused on delivering functional improvement for people living with genetically driven neuromuscular diseases, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 24,242,425 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $8.25 per share. The gross proceeds to Dyne from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Dyne, are expected to be $200.0 million. NMP Acquisition Corp. Announces Pricing of $100 Million Initial Public Offering

Palo Alto, California, June 30, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  NMP Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units at an offering price of $10.00 per unit, with each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one right. Each right entitles the holder to receive one-fifth (1/5) of one Class A ordinary share upon consummation of the Company’s initial business combination. In connection with the offering, $10.00 per unit will be deposited into a trust account with Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company acting as trustee.
