In connection with the planned completion of the takeover of the shares belonging to minority shareholders in accordance with the resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders held on 26 June 2025 (link to the minutes of the general meeting, in Estonian), the Management Board of Enefit Green submitted today, on 2 July 2025, an application for the delisting of the shares of Enefit Green to the Listing and Supervision Committee of Nasdaq Tallinn.

Today 1 July 2025, Fitch announced a one notch downgrade of Statkraft AS following weakening performance and financial metrics. The long-term issuer default rating and senior unsecured rating were lowered from A- to BBB+ with a stable outlook.

The rating change aligns with the company’s long-standing rating targets. Statkraft has consistently maintained a target of an A- rating from S&P and a BBB+ from Fitch. Statkraft remains committed to maintaining these targets.

AB “Ignitis grupė” (hereinafter – the Group) informs that on 30 June, with the agreement of the Group’s Management Board, the Group’s subsidiaries UAB “Ignitis renewables” (hereinafter – Ignitis Renewables) and AB “Ignitis gamyba” (hereinafter – Ignitis Gamyba) made final investment decisions on three battery energy storage system (hereinafter – BESS) projects in Lithuania, with a combined 291 MW power and 582 MWh storage capacity.
