DUBLIN and NOUAKCHOTT, Mauritania, July 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EllaLink, the owner of a high-capacity optic-fibre submarine cable directly connecting Europe and Latin America, and the Ministère de la Transformation Numérique et de la Modernisation de l’Administration (MTNMA) of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania have signed a contract for the construction, operation and maintenance of a second international link that will directly connect the country to Madrid, Spain.

Milan, 29^th July 2025 – The Board of Directors of Recordati S.p.A. approved the interim financial statements as of June 30, 2025, pursuant to Art. 154-ter of Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 and subsequent amendments, prepared in accordance with said Decree and the CONSOB Issuers Regulation.
