NEW YORK, June 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- StoneX Group Inc. (the “Company” or “StoneX”; NASDAQ: SNEX), today announced the pricing of a previously announced offering of $625.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2032 (the “Notes”) to be issued by its wholly-owned subsidiary, StoneX Escrow Issuer LLC. The Notes and the related Note guarantees are being offered in a private offering to persons reasonably believed to be qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”), and to certain persons outside the United States pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
