SAN FRANCISCO, July 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Schubert Jonckheer & Kolbe LLP is investigating a data breach that led to unauthorized access to customer information held by House of Dior (Dior), a French luxury fashion house with its United States headquarters in New York.
On May 7, 2025, Dior identified unauthorized access to its network on January 26, 2025.
Although the breach occurred in January 2025, Dior did not begin notifying affected individuals until on or around July 18, 2025, which may have violated state and federal laws. If your personal information was impacted by this incident, you may be at risk of identity theft and other serious violations of your privacy. As a result, you may be entitled to money damages and an injunction requiring changes to Dior’s cybersecurity practices.
