NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — On June 22nd through the 28th World Animal Protection, US will launch the first-ever Dine Vegan Nashville, a weeklong celebration of plant-based dining in Music City.
The event will spotlight restaurants across the city offering crave-worthy, creative vegan dishes—whether their menus are fully plant-based or just beginning to explore plant-based options. World Animal Protection selected Nashville as the host city for its first-ever Dine Vegan Week to honor the innovative chefs and eateries making meaningful strides toward more sustainable, compassionate menus.
Festivities will kick-off with a Launch Party on June 22nd from 1-4 pm CST, hosted by World Animal Protection and Deep Sea Vegan at their brand-new location, 121 Oak Valley Dr., Nashville, TN 37207. The afternoon celebration will feature live music, complimentary vegan samples, and more.
McKenzie Mak, Community Engagement Manager, World Animal Protection, states, “World Animal Protection is excited to launch the first-ever Vegan Week in Nashville. This city has so many amazing local eateries, and we are honored to partner with several of them to celebrate and draw attention to their delicious plant-based offerings. Industrial animal agriculture is a major driver of greenhouse gas emissions, deforestation, and ocean degradation. A more sustainable, humane, and equitable food system starts with plants. We hope that by sharing the damage caused by raising and killing billions of animals for meat and dairy every year, and the amazing dishes that take this cruelty off the menu, diners and restaurants alike will take small but critical steps to better our planet and those who live on it.”
Participating restaurants throughout Nashville include Deep Sea Vegan, Germantown Pub, Sunflower Café, Sunflower Bakehouse, Succulent Vegan Tacos, and The BE Hive.
